• Delays in payment may affect project timelines and delivery.

• All payments are non-refundable once the production process has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

• ToF Television Pvt. Ltd. retains ownership of all original content created until full payment is received.

• Clients retain rights to the final approved content once the project is completed and fully paid for.

• We reserve the right to showcase parts of completed work in our portfolio unless a prior NDA is signed.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your concepts, scripts, and business information. All submitted ideas or documents will not be shared externally unless written permission is given.
